Contact Forms and Email
Our website uses Forminator to receive form submissions and WP Mail SMTP to deliver email notifications. Information submitted through a form may be stored in the website’s database and sent to authorized Haven representatives by email.
Please provide only the information needed for us to respond. Email and ordinary website forms may not provide an appropriate level of security for medical or other highly sensitive information.
Donations and Payment Information
Donations may be processed by Go Fund Me. Haven does not intend to store complete credit-card or bank-account numbers on its website. The payment provider processes payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Information such as a donor’s name, contact information, donation amount, and transaction details may be provided to Haven for recordkeeping, acknowledgments, and legal compliance.
Our website may link to GroupMe, Facebook, and other third-party services. If you follow those links or join a Haven group, those services may collect information under their own privacy policies.
A link on Haven’s website does not mean that Haven controls the privacy or security practices of that service. Please review the service’s privacy settings and policy before sharing personal information.
To help protect our community, membership requests may be reviewed before someone is permitted to join a Haven online group. Participants should not share another person’s private, medical, or identifying information without permission.
Photographs and Media
Haven may take photographs or videos during activities and events. We will seek appropriate permission before using an identifiable participant’s photograph or video for public communications, promotional materials, social media, or the website.
Permission may be withdrawn for future uses by contacting us. Withdrawal may not remove material that was lawfully published or distributed before we received the request.
Information About Children and Vulnerable Participants
Haven’s website is intended to provide general information about our organization and activities. It is not designed to collect sensitive personal or medical information from children or vulnerable participants.
A parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative should contact Haven directly before submitting information on behalf of someone who may need assistance providing informed consent.
Our website and third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences, operate features, measure website activity, and maintain security.

Haven will periodically review stored contact-form submissions and remove information that is no longer needed, when legally and operationally appropriate.
Haven uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information. However, no website, email system, or online service can guarantee complete security.
If you believe personal information submitted to Haven has been accessed or used improperly, please contact us promptly.
